Michael Kimball a NM PreSchool Teacher Charged With Rape of 5 Year Old

Michael Kimball, 32 year old preschool teacher at New Mexico Early Learning Academy facing charges for criminal sexual penetration in the December 2023 case of a five year old. This alleged rape of a five year is not his first allegation. New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department had investigated allegations made against Kimball “four years ago” when he worked at La Petite Academy day care in Albuquerque. This begs the questions as to why he was hired in the first place. The NM Early Learning Academy will not comment as to whether or not Kimball is still employed.
