Nathaniel Foote is a Partner at Andreozzi + Foote. A dedicated advocate for survivors of violent and sexual crimes in the civil justice system.  Additionally, he focuses on civil cases against institutions that enable child sexual abuse and other crimes, including churches, schools, daycares, nightclubs, and countless others.  He also handles wrongful death cases in addition to representing the catastrophically injured.

Nathaniel Foote’s significant jury verdicts for crime victims include a $1.53 million verdict in a child sex abuse case. $1.75 million verdict in a wrongful death/negligent security murder case. $88 million verdict in a child sex abuse case, one of the largest such verdicts in the United States.

Nate practices in all Pennsylvania state and federal courts and nationwide.  He is also a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Council, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, the Million Dollar Advocate Club, and other local bar associations.  As a result, Nate is a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Awarded this distinction for 2018 – 2023.

He graduated from Penn State Dickinson School of Law.  At Dickinson, he participated in the school’s civil rights appellate clinic and the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs.  In law school, he was also awarded first prize in the American Bar Association Tort Trial Section’s national writing competition, among other honors.
