Father Peter J. Osinski was accused of sexually assaulting a minor boy for seven years, beginning when he was six years old. In 1997 he was arrested and pled guilty to sexual assault. Osinski was named in a civil suit that settled in 1999. Osinski was laicized in 2003 and died in 2009.

Father Osinski was ordained in 1969 and is deceased.
