Frank Breneman, Foster Parent Charged for Sexual Abuse

Frank Breneman, the 71-year-old foster parent from Lititz, is facing allegations involving the sexual abuse of children between 2004 and 2016, as detailed in a recent press release.

Breneman is facing the following charges:

• rape of a child,
• involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child,
• statutory sexual assault,
• and indecent assault.

Initially, two victims came forward, both reportedly between the ages of 4 and 11 at the time of the abuse. A third victim has since provided corroborating statements about similar experiences with Breneman.

Legal Proceedings

Breneman is scheduled for two preliminary hearings on June 11 and June 14, according to separate court documents. Unable to post bail, he was booked into the Lancaster County Prison on Wednesday
