Berks County EMS Chief Arrested for Recording Women in Elverson-Honeybrook EMS Building

On August 22, 2022, Jason Stewart fox McCully was arrested and accused of secretly recording women with a hidden camera he placed in the women’s restroom at Elverson-Honeybrook Area EMS building in Berks County. Numerous females were depicted in various stages of undress and/or utilizing the restroom. Some of the videos also have audio.

The camera was allegedly concealed in a toiletry bag positioned on the sink in the bathroom of the building. McCully is 39 years old and is said to have used the hidden camera to record women from October 2021 through May 2022.

Some of the recorded females were minors. To date, 11 women have been identified in the recordings.

Elverson-Honeybrook EMS serves 13 municipalities in Chester, Berks and Lancaster counties.

Berks County District Attorney John Adams has stated that McCully took ownership of the bag and acknowledged that it was his and the camera that was located in the bag was also his.  Caernarvon  Township Police Department initiated the investigation.

McCully is facing 121 charges relating to the recordings, including sexual abuse of children, child pornography and invasion of privacy without consent.  His bail was set at $250,000.00, which he was unable to post, and he is currently being held in the Berks County Prison.  McCully is scheduled to appear for a Preliminary Hearing on August 30, 2022.

The authorities have since executed a search warrant for more electronic devices owned by McCully to see if there are more victims, as the initial number of victims has grown.
