David Goggins, 26, a teacher at The Norwest ISD Pike Middle School in Texas, is facing rape charges stemming from his time as a teacher at Marine Creek Middle School in Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District. The student alleges that when she was in eighth grade, she went into Goggins’s classroom to get her jacket, and while there, he raped her.  Two other classmates spoke to police about the rape.
