Marco B. Saucedo, 56, is a Nogales-based obstetrician and gynecologist at Women’s Heath and Surgery Center in California who is facing five charges related to the alleged sexual assault of patients. Saucedo touched the genitals of one victim without consent and “engaged in sexual intercourse or oral sexual contact” without consent in April 2018. Then, the complaint alleges Saucedo knowingly touched a second victim’s genitals, butt, nipples, and breasts without consent in December 2022.
