Who is Mark Anthony Williams?
Mark Anthony Williams, 56, of Fairfax County, is a former Duke Ellington School of the Arts teacher in Fairfax, Virginia. He was accused of assaulting a student between Jan. 1, 2014, and May 31, 2014. The victim came forward in 2018, and Williams left the school in 2019 and fled the country. Williams is charged with First Degree Sexual Abuse of a Secondary Education Student. Police learned he was back in the country and managed to arrest him at BWI Airport when he attempted to flee the country again.
