In 2015, A woman reported that Father Bennet Colucci sexually abused her in the 1980s when she was a student at Marycrest High School in Colorado. The order deemed the allegations credible and the Archdiocese of Denver started an investigation. Father Colucci worked in Denver until 1970 but was removed because of reported misconduct in 1993.

Father Colucci was ordained in 1957.
