Father J. Bart Nadal was born in Spain. He arrived in the United States in 1949. He was the pastor of Holy Family in Ft. Collins in 1989, when 2 young sisters said he molested them. He was unfortunately acquitted of the charges at trial. Father Nadal said that there was a conspiracy against him within the parish. The jury deliberated for 10 minutes and acquitted him. Father J. Bart Nadal served as rector of St. Andrew’s Seminary in Denver and in the Liturgical Congress of the Denver and Pueblo Dioceses.
Father Nadal was ordained in 1947 and died in 2015.
