Summary of Sexual Abuse allegations against Father Augustine Giella:

Father Augustine Giella was accused of sexually abusing at least a dozen minor girls during his time in ministry with the Archdiocese of Newark and the Diocese of Harrisburg, PA, including five girls from the same family. In 1992 Giella was indicted for child molestation but died before the trial. There have been multiple civil suits against Giella, all of which have settled. Giella died in 1993.

Father Giela was ordained in 1950 and is deceased.
