Father James P. McIntyre was accused of sexually abusing two minor brothers from 1963-68 while McIntyre was a seminary student. The brothers filed a civil suit against McIntyre, but it was dismissed. McIntyre was also named in the 1994 class action lawsuit, which settled in 2003. McIntyre died in 2004.
Father McIntyre was ordained in 1971 and is deceased.
