Father Michael J. Cashman was accused of sexually abusing a minor, and later that minor’s son and daughter, beginning in 1978. Cashman was also accused of sexually abusing two other minors in the early-1980s. In 2009, a church trial found him guilty of sexually abusing children from 1980-83. Cashman was placed on leave from the diocese in 2002 and was dismissed from the priesthood in 2014.
Father Cashman was ordained in 1975.
