Father John P. Kelly has been accused of sexually abusing six men while they were minors at parishes he was assigned to. He was named in the 1993 class action lawsuit, along with separate civil suit. Three of his accusers shared in an $880,000 settlement while the separate civil suit brought by a fourth accuser settled for $25,000. Father Kelly was removed from ministry in 1992, and died later that year.
Father Kelly was ordained in 1962 and is deceased.
