Who is Ronald Eugene Salinas?
Ronald Eugene Salinas, 63, a former longtime band staffer at Santa Cruz High School, is under arrest after investigations reveal decades-long sexual abuse of students. The victim was a student in the school band when the assaults took place. The assaults happened in 200. He recently retired once the allegations came to light. He is charged by the Santa Cruz District Attorney’s Office with three felony charges, including two counts of oral copulation and one count of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, plus two criminal enhancements.
The assaults took place between 2000-2004, and all of the victims knew Spoto from Neshaminy Kids Club. It is believed there are many more victims out there, and we are encouraging anyone impacted to come forward and seek assistance.
