Childers charges are:
- three counts of second-degree felony Indecency with a child by exposure
- two counts of second-degree felony improper educator/student relationship
- one count of third-degree felony grooming of a child.
He allegedly communicated with the student using social media and violated school policy by taking the student off campus.
